As we move through life on our spiritual journey, sometimes it helps to have someone dedicated to listening deeply to you and your story. Whatever name you have for God/the Holy/Great Mystery … having a companion alongside to guide, ask questions, process, reflect, and explore with can be a helpful addition to whatever spiritual practices you already have.

 

Spiritual Direction is not a substitute for therapy or counseling, and it is different than coaching. You may have a formal faith practice, or you may be exploring what that even means. This is a time for you to dedicate intentional time with a companion on your spiritual questions and path with God.

 

I am a Trauma Informed Spiritual Director and completed my training with Restoring Connections in 2023. I have a Spiritual Director who I meet with monthly and meet with a peer supervision group regularly as well.

 

We can meet in person or on Google Meet. We can also integrate Spiritual Direction with work with the horses if that is right for you and them.
